Updating Your Email Address and Profile

Updating Your Profile Information

You can update your name and email address at any time from the profile page.

How to Update Your Profile

  1. Go to Dashboard → Profile
  2. In the Profile Information card, update your Full Name or Email Address
  3. Click Update Profile

Changing Your Email Address

When you change your email address, the new address is applied immediately. Note:

  • The new email must not already be registered on another account
  • All future emails (order confirmations, OTP codes, etc.) go to the new address
  • If you have Email OTP enabled for 2FA, ensure the new email is accessible before saving

Display Name

Your full name appears in the dashboard and in email correspondence. It is not publicly visible to other users.

Profile Picture / Avatar

Currently, Aserver uses the first letter of your name as an avatar. Custom profile picture uploads are on our feature roadmap.
