Account Suspension

An account can be suspended for a number of reasons. Here is what to expect and how to resolve it.

Common Causes of Suspension

  • Non-payment: Services that have exceeded the grace period after expiry
  • Terms of Service violation: Activities prohibited under our acceptable use policy (spam, DDoS attacks, illegal content, etc.)
  • Fraud prevention: Suspicious payment activity requiring investigation
  • Security incident: Compromised server being used to attack other systems

What Suspension Means

A suspended account cannot access services, place orders, or log in (in the case of a full account suspension). Your data is preserved during the suspension period.

How to Resolve a Suspension

  1. Email support@aserver.com from your registered email address
  2. State your account email and ask for the specific reason for suspension
  3. If due to non-payment, settle the outstanding balance and request reactivation
  4. If due to a ToS violation, our team will outline the steps to resolve the issue

Appealing a Suspension

If you believe your account was suspended in error, submit a written appeal by email. We review all appeals within 24 hours and aim to restore legitimate accounts as quickly as possible.
