Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password or need to change it for security reasons, there are two ways to do so.
Option 1 — Forgot Password (Logged Out)
- Go to the login page and click Forgot password?
- Enter your account email address and click Send Reset Link
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from Aserver
- Click the link in the email (valid for 1 hour)
- Enter your new password and confirm it
- Log in with your new password
Option 2 — Change Password (Logged In)
- Go to Dashboard → Profile
- Scroll to the Change Password section
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice
- Click Change Password
Password Requirements
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- At least one number (0–9)
Did Not Receive the Reset Email?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Ensure you entered the correct email address
- Wait up to 5 minutes — delivery can be delayed
- Contact support if the email does not arrive
