Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or need to change it for security reasons, there are two ways to do so.

Option 1 — Forgot Password (Logged Out)

  1. Go to the login page and click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your account email address and click Send Reset Link
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Aserver
  4. Click the link in the email (valid for 1 hour)
  5. Enter your new password and confirm it
  6. Log in with your new password

Option 2 — Change Password (Logged In)

  1. Go to Dashboard → Profile
  2. Scroll to the Change Password section
  3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice
  4. Click Change Password

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
  • At least one number (0–9)

Did Not Receive the Reset Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address
  • Wait up to 5 minutes — delivery can be delayed
  • Contact support if the email does not arrive
