How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your VPS Plan

Changing Your VPS Plan

Your infrastructure needs can change over time. Upgrading or downgrading your VPS plan is handled through our support team.

How to Request an Upgrade

  1. Open a support ticket with the subject VPS Plan Upgrade Request
  2. Specify your server IP and the plan you want to upgrade to
  3. Our team will confirm the cost difference and ask for your approval
  4. The upgrade is applied with minimal downtime (usually under 5 minutes)

How to Request a Downgrade

  1. Open a support ticket with the subject VPS Plan Downgrade Request
  2. Note that downgrades apply at your next renewal date, not immediately
  3. Ensure your data fits within the new storage allocation before requesting

What Changes and What Stays the Same

  • Changes: CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, price
  • Stays the same: IP address, operating system, installed software, data

Billing for Upgrades

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you pay only a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in the billing period. Credit from your existing plan is applied automatically.
