Your Invoice and Order Receipt

Every completed order on Aserver generates a downloadable PDF receipt. Here is where to find it and what it contains.

Downloading a Receipt

Go to My Orders in your dashboard. Next to each completed order, click the PDF button to download your receipt instantly.

Downloading a Server Invoice

For server renewals, go to My Servers. Click the Invoice button next to any server to download a renewal invoice showing the server details, expiry date, and payment information.

What the Receipt Contains

  • Aserver company name and contact details
  • Your name and email address (Bill To section)
  • Order number and date
  • Payment method and status
  • Itemised list of products with billing cycles and prices
  • Subtotal, discounts, wallet credits applied, and total due

Using Receipts for Business Expenses

Our receipts are suitable for business expense claims and VAT records. If you require a formal invoice with additional details (VAT number, company address, etc.), contact support and we will issue a customised invoice.
